The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the sheet with relatively wide margins, but probably reduced.
- a pencil inscription, probably the title [... B]õhéme in the margin at lower left, partially trimmed off.
- some mount- and light-staining around the image and beyond the platemark.
- a few very minor, unobtrusive stains and spots in the margins.
- time staining along the extreme right sheet edge.
- some backboard staining verso.
Otherwise as described, the subject in good condition.
