The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

There is tape to the reverse of the upper horizontal edge and tape residue along the reverses of the other edges. The sheet has discoloured slightly. There are fine creases in places to the edges with associated pinpoint paint losses. There are minor tears to the upper left corner, the centre of the left vertical edge and upper right vertical edge. There are further pinpoint losses to the paper along the extreme edges. There is a vertical embedded crease in the left half of the composition with some associated pinpoint paint losses which have been partially retouched. There are further scattered fine creases with some associated rubbing and pinpoint paint loss. There are some light brown media marks to the upper horizontal extreme edges. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
