The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and periodically along the edges. The sheet undulates slightly and the vertical edges are very slightly deckled. Artist's pinholes are to the upper edge of the sheet and slight creasing is to the upper corner-tips. A pinpoint accretion is to the upper right quadrant within the fifth column from the left. Visible under raking light, a faint handling indent is to the lower left quadrant. Visible under ultraviolet light, hinging adhesive is to the corner-tips. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
