The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Cette œuvre est vendue encadrée. La feuille est fixée au revers à un support cartonné par des charnières dans les angles supérieurs et a très légèrement jauni. Quelques légers points de piqûre sont visibles par endroits principalement dans la marge blanche à gauche. Présence de fines froissures par endroits sur la surface, principalement dans la marge. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is hinged on the reverse to a cardboard support to the upper corners and has very slightly yellowed. A few slight pinpoints of foxing are visible in place mostly to the white margin to the left. There are a few slight paper creases in places to the surface, mostly to the margin. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
