The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.

cup:
Several small chips and nicks to the rims.
An approx. 1.5 cm. long crackle inside the cup (not going through to the paste).
A rectangular paper label reading 'X57' under the base.

saucer:
Some nicks to the mouth rim, a few very minute nicks to the foot rim.
A 0.6 cm. long hairline going down from the mouth rim.
A small enamel flake to the pink robe.
A rectangular paper label reading 'X57' under the base.

General age-related surface wear and scratches as can be expected.
