The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. The work is mounted thus the reverse cannot be checked. The sheet is slightly undulated. Soft creases are occasionally to the extreme edges and scattered on the surface which is consistent with the mounting status. Upon close inspection, a tiny tear on the center bottom edge. When inspected under ultra violet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
