The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Quelques points de manque de matière sont visibles dans le quart inférieur droit au bout d'une branche, en bas au centre dans un buissson et le long du bord gauche dans une partie violette. Quelques minuscules craquelures de séchage, seulement visibles en lumière rasante, sont dans le quart inférieur droit. Quelques très légères accrétions sont visibles par endroits sur la surface. Examinée à la lumière UV: pas de repeint apparent. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général.

This work is sold framed. The work is not lined. A few minute paint losses are visible to the lower right quadrant, to the tip of a branch, to the lower center in a bush and along the left edge in the purple area. A few very fine drying cracks, only visible under racking light, are in places to the lower right quadrant. A few very slight accretions are visible in places to the surface. Examined under UV light: no visible inpainting. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
