Rectangular, traditionally painted, the gilt garments of the Mother of God and Christ Child repoussé and finely chased, the halos and corners closionné enamelled with varicolour foliate design and blue beads, the gilt ground and borders finely engraved with geometric design, with a blue champlevé enamelled name plaque on the lower border, with silk backing inscribed in Greek and dated 1889, marked on garments and halo with maker's mark
