The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on wove paper. Hinged to the mount at the reverse upper sheet corners. The sheet undulates slightly. Light and mount staining. The tip of the lower left corner missing and the tip of the upper right corner made up. Two short repaired tears towards the upper left corner (the longest approx 2.5cm.) and a further short repaired tear towards the upper right corner, with some associated discolouration. Some soft folds and handling creases in places. A few spots of surface dirt and foxmarks in places. The recto with the inscription 'Liegender Akt III' (lower centre). The pencil is strong and fresh.
