The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Présence de traces de pliure horizontales et de froissures du papier par endroits, inhérentes au support choisi par l'artiste. Présence de minuscules craquelures de séchage stables dans certains empâtements plus épais, notamment ocres et bleus. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

This work is sold framed. The sheet is free. The edges are irregular. The sheet has very slightly yellowed. There are minute pin holes by the artist to the corners. There are horizontal folding marks and paper creases in places, which are inherent to the artist's chosen support. There are minute stable drying cracks to some thicker ochre and blue impastos. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
