The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

It is in our opinion that the work is in good condition. The work is checked within its frame thus the sides cannot be checked but the back is visible. Two minor abrasion marks on the upper left edge and upper left corner. Negligible drying cracks occasionally scattered on the surface which is consistent with the artist's chosen medium. When inspected under ultra violet light, no apparent retouching can be seen.
