It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age.
-There are some toning, soiling and abrasion with occasional spots and stains.
-There is a faint horizontal centerfold, and folds along the picture framing, a small diagonal fold on bottom left corner, and some vertical and horizontal creases in general.
-There are very light fading on green.
