The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in very good and decorative condition, ready to place. With typical scattered light nicks, faint surface scuffs and scratches. The gilding with typical light rubbing, some flaking and small losses revealing bole and barewood, particularly along the beading on the bottom edge. The upholstery well maintained with some light surface wear including some abrasions to the velvet. With some minor losses to the carved decoration along the extreme edges, including a few small losses to the cresting and along the beading on around the base. With some very minor areas of repair, including a minor repair to the scroll on the proper left side. Presents very well overall.

The seat measures 19 in. high, 67 1/2 in. wide, 24 in. deep.
