The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A wooden strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas. Minor wear and rubbing is to the corner-tips and extreme edges and hairline tension cracking is to the turning edges. Visible under close inspection, fine hairline cracks are occasional, most notably to the upper register. A few faint linear abrasions and pinpoint drip accretions are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
