The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- with wide margins, the sheet dimensions a little irregular and probably slightly trimmed.
- pale light-staining.
- a pale pinpoint foxmark in the right margin.
- remains of an old brown paper hinge at the upper left sheet corner verso.
- inscribed with mount measurements and the number 29 in pencil verso.
Otherwise as described and in good condition.
