The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas is taught, the paint layer is stable and all elements are present. Light surface dust. Paper accretion near the bottom edge. Negligible losses to the tips of some impastos. Upon close inspection, pinpoint mold spots above the top handle. When it’s inspected ultraviolet light, there are traces of mold visible from the reverse.
