The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition. The work was inspected inside the frame. Sides and back of the work cannot be checked due to framing status. Slightly deckled edges. 4 spots of plastic tape on the lower part, which are part of the original condition. Minor creases and minor tear on the edges, which are presumably part of the original condition.
