The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Non examinée hors du cadre. Le carton est fixé au revers à un support cartonné et les bords sont irréguliers. Une légère trace de pliure est visible dans l'angle supérieur droit. Les légères irrégularités à la surface, telles que les petites déchirures le long des bords ainsi que de très petits accrocs par endroits, sont inhérentes à la méthode de travail de l'artiste. Sous réserve de ce qui précède, selon notre opinion, l’œuvre est en bon état général de conservation.

Not examined out of the frame. The cardboard is fixed on the reverse to a cardboard support and the edges are deckled. A slight folding mark is visible to the upper right corner. The slight irregularities to the surface, such as the small tears to the edges as well as very small snags in places, are inherent to the artist's working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in overall good condition.
