The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is laid down to a larger sheet and the larger sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper edge. The sheet has slightly shifted in tone and minor discoloration is to the extreme edges. A few tiny accretions are occasional, most notably to the lower right quadrant of the sheet. A small spot of possible staining is to the lower right edge. Visible under close inspection and raking light, a very fine crease is near the center right edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
