The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined unframed. Tape covers the side edges of the canvas. A few compressed impasto peaks, some with tiny associated losses, are occasional. A hairline abrasion is to the brown painted passage to the lower left corner. Very faint areas of discoloration are to the lower edge. An inactive mold pattern is to the reverse. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultra violet light.
