The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Mild frame abrasions with some associated stable pinpoint losses are to the extreme edges. Stable hairline craquelure is scattered and minute pinpoint losses are occasional. Visible under ultraviolet light, a few minute spots of inpainting are to the extreme edges, with a few additional pinpoints infrequently scattered.
