The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas. Minor wear, slight rubbing and hairline tension cracking is to the corner-tips and turning edges. A pinpoint loss is to the upper left corner-tip. A few linear abrasions are to the lower left corner in black painted passages and another is to the lower right quadrant in a navy colored painted passage. A small scuff is to the upper left corner in a red painted passage and two indentations with associated hairline cracking are to the upper right corner in an orange painted passage. Drying cracks are occasional. Nascent and hairline cracks are scattered. Drip accretions are occasional, most notably to the lower register of the canvas. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
