The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition good. Some scratches and small nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear. Necklace clasp secure, earrings with post fittings, posts slightly bent. The ring with a small dent to the inner band.
- Additional marks: necklace, pendant, ring and earrings with Italian 750 mark, MADE IN ITALY. Necklace and pendant with Swiss marks for 18 carat gold. Necklace and earrings with Italian maker's marks 'star 1498 AR' (Novart srl); pendant and ring with Italian maker's marks 'star 10 MI' (Micheletto s.r.l). Ring also stamped '56' referring to the Bulgari ring size.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats, assessed to be on average I to J colour, VS to SI clarity.
