The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- Overall condition good. Scratches and nicks to the metal throughout, consistent with normal wear.
- Metal unsigned.
- Sapphire: measures approximately 11.1 x 8.7 x 4.6 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 4.10 carats (GCS), calculated by the department to weigh approximately 3.40 - 3.60 carats, with typical natural inclusions, scratches, nicks and small areas of abrasion to facet edges throughout. Sapphire moves very slightly in the mounting, but set securely.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 0.60 - 0.70 carat.
