The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Pencil on wove paper. Hinged to the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape. Upper and right edges deckled. Artist tack holes to the four edges. Left edge perforated consistent with being from a notebook. Faintly light-stained and mount-stained. Some minor remnants of discoloration to the upper edges from a previous mounting. Some intermittent faint vertical discoloration of the sheet. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall good condition.
