The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on wove paper. Hinged to the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape.
Upper edge perforated consistent with being from a notebook. Two small areas of perforation and associated discoloration from a previous spiral binding. Small paper loss and short tears to the right upper edge. Some minor handling creases. Some pinpoints of pilling from the artist working method. A few pinpoints of foxing. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall good condition.
