The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on laid paper. Hinged to the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape.
Upper edge perforated consistent with being from a notebook. Edges lightly deckled with a few small nicks, and some minor scuffing. Light-stained and mount-stained. A few pale pinpoints of foxing in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall good condition.
