The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
No cracks or restorations detected. Some soft abrasion in places to the black engobe at the raised extremities of the rim and design, and two very faint hairline scuffs. The lower rim with some small chips, only visible from the reverse. The underneath with some light wear to the engobe. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally good condition.
