The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

No chips, cracks or restorations detected. A tiny abrasion in the black oxide background at the upper left edge and a further tiny pinpoint abrasion towards the lower right rim. A loss to the black oxide underneath the orange square. A few small imperfections to the glaze of the orange rectangle in places. The underneath with three foot marks with small associated losses to the glaze, some discolouration in places and small remnants of a historic adhesive label. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the present work appears to be in generally very good condition.
