The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Unlined. Frame abrasion along the extreme edges. Stretcher bar mark along the upper edge. The surface is dirty with minor scattered cracking. A few pindot paint losses in the lower register. Under ultraviolet light, a spot of inpainting in the upper right quadrant corresponds to a minor repair on the reverse. Uneven, discolored varnish.
