The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Pencil on wove paper. Hinged to the upper corners on the reverse to the mount backing with archival tape.
Left and lower edges slightly deckled. Upper edge perforated consistent with being from a notebook, with some minor skinning to the upper right corner and paper creases and very minor short tears to the perforation at the upper left corner. A few minute pinpoints of foxing and pilling in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the artwork is in overall very good condition.
