The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

- a skillfully repaired vertical tear (10 mm.) at the upper sheet at right.
- two tiny indentations at the right sheet edge, with some tiny associated ink loss.
- pale staining resultant from previous hinging along the sheet edges verso.
- some small areas of skinning at various places along the sheet edges verso.
- hinged with japan hinges at various places along the sheet edges verso.
Otherwise as described and in very good condition.
