The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet, with a deckle edge at right.
- the colours fresh and bright.
- some handling creases predominantly along the left and right sheet edges, mainly visible in a raking light.
- the sheet edges with some light and unobtrusive cockling.
- a pale red thumbprint at the lower right sheet edge.
