- Overall condition good. Some small scratches and nicks to the metal, consistent with normal wear.
- Additional marks: 750, Italian maker's mark 'star 2003 AL' (unidentified).
- Aquamarine: measures approximately 24.20 x 19.00 x 12.85 mm, calculated to weigh approximately 35.00 - 40.00 carats, with typical natural inclusions, some small nicks and chips, primarily to the girdle, one larger chip to the girdle.
- Sapphires: with typical natural inclusions.
- Diamonds: total diamond weight approximately 1.80 - 2.20 carats.
