The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Present well; the covers and bases drilled for lamping (the finials now missing); some wear to the enamels and gilding at the high points; some light surface wear; some tiny scattered frits and minor chips; one cover with a crack to its cover from the rim to the drill hole, this vase also with chips to 2 of the 4 shrew’s noses. Not examined off its lamp mounts. Lamps are not checked for working order and shades are not inspected for condition (some snags to silk fabric). The top of the lamps are missing the part of the fitment and finial that would affix the shades.
