The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
(i)-(iii) The sheets are hinged in places on the reverse to their underlying support. (i)-(iii) There are minor handling marks and a few faint accretions and soft creases in places. (ii) There are two minute losses to the upper half of the sheet, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There is an accretion to the centre of (i), in keeping with the artist’s working method. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
