It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.

Lower middle panel: Faint stretcher marks near the four edges. Minute abrasion associated with occasional dirt marks along the edges and to the corner tips. A faint vertical scratch approx. 8.5 cm. appears in the bottom middle. A few faint dirt marks and pinpoint yellowish dots scatter over the surface. Upon close inspection, very faint drying craquelures scatter occasionally across the painting. Tiny dent along the bottom edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, several areas of minute retouching are visible along the bottom edge.

Upper middle panel: Faint stretcher marks near the four edges. Minute abrasion associated with occasional dirt marks along the edges and to the corner tips. A few faint dirt marks and pinpoint yellowish spots scatter over the surface. Upon close inspection, very faint drying craquelures scatter occasionally across the painting. Tiny dent on the upper edge. When examined under ultraviolet light, several areas of minute retouching are visible along the upper edge.

Upon close inspection, 5 strips of hairline branch cracks clustered in the lower right quadrant and very faint drying craquelures scatter occasionally across the painting. Minor abrasion associated with occasional paint loss along the edges and corner tips. A few faint dirt marks scatter in the lower right quadrant and a few pinpoint yellowish spots scatter in the upper left quadrant. When examined under ultraviolet light, several areas of minute retouching are visible along the upper edge.
