The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With some chips and fritting to the rim and high points; some wear, particularly to the interior of the cooler from use; there is a hairline crack to the left of one handle (approx. 3 in. long); some kiln speckling and other kiln flaws in the making. The ormolu with some minor surface scratches, slight casting inconsistencies and rubbing, as to be expected. The surfaces with a fair amount of dark patina, could benefit from a sympathetic cleaning.
