The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With losses at the upper right and lower left corners, two small ones along the upper right edge. A few additional scattered very minor losses and tears along the edges. A Y-shaped tear at the upper edge near center. A small repaired tear in the upper left margin and one at center with a small associated loss, near the gable of the house's roof. With staining along the extreme edges and in the sky.
