The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This large and useful stool is in generally good overall condition.
The covering, although contemporary is possibly associated. It is a little worn and discoloured with some braid edging detached and the edges of the fabric to the sides faded, worn and with some loss and deterioration, the needlework apparently generally sound. The webbing apparently replaced.
Some marks, fading and wear to the timber frame which is firm.
The other long rail with slight apparently old and inactive evidence of woodworm.
Overall marks, knocks, scratches and wear consistent with age and use.
Structurally sound and usable.
