The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Sheet floats freely. Faintly light-stained and mat-stained, consistent with the work's age. Artist's tack-holes to the four corners, center edges and another at center. Edges deckled. A few small nicks to the extreme edges. Flattened creases to the corners and at center upper edge. A few faint handling creases and scuff marks. Some small dots of foxing. No tears or restorations detected. The line is strong. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work is in overall very good condition.
