The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
- Overall condition good. Some small scratches and nicks to the metal, consistent with normal wear. Clasp secure, with safety catch.
- Additional marks: French assay mark for 18 carat gold, 750, maker's mark 'P S 2 crossed ears of wheat A B' for Brun SA, ©.
- Amethysts: in good condition overall, with typical natural inclusions, some eye visible, some small scratches and a few minor nicks. Some variation of colour throughout (the smaller beads are lighter in colour).
- Turquoise: in good condition overall, with some minor areas of matrix visible, some small scratches and a few minor nicks. With variation in colour throughout.
- Diamonds: total weight approximately 2.50 - 3.00 carats.
