The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged on the reverse on the horizontal edge to its underlying support. All elements are present and adhere well to their underlying support. The edges of the sheet are deckled. There are some faint creases and handling marks in places, most notably to the edges of the sheet. There are a few superficial hairline abrasions in places to the acetate, only visible under strong raking light. There are a few pinpoint spots of foxing to the edges of the sheet, not affecting the image and minute discolouration to the extreme right vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
