Here we have a Mahogany two-day Marine Chronometer with helical hairspring and power reserve indication. The dial is signed Barraud, 41 Cornhill, No. 2721, Maker to the Royal Navy, Circa 1850. This exact Marine Chronometer was sold here at Christie’s in our New York Important Watches sale in 2012.
