The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With old worming overall, especially evident to the top and the right side of the head. Not carved on the reverse and hollow. The top of the head hollowed out, probably formerly with a halo. Cut down from a larger figure. With multiple horizonal shrinkage cracks overall. With multiple repairs to the shrinkage cracks and worming overall. Chipped and rubbed losses to the carving overall. Probably some larger spliced repairs to her face as well as some possible recarving, now disguised by a later staining. Multiple repairs to the underside of chin, and slightly rubbed. With marks and scratches as to be expected with age.
