The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
The larger:
-some chips to the edges and corners
-some fissures and veins in the stone, some of which have indented areas
-a fine crack to one collar and possibly other small cracks in the stone
The smaller:
-some chips to some edges, collars and and to one of the corners
-some fine fissures and cracks to the stone
-There are some staining and alteration in the ston
