The present lot is offered in very good overall condition. The dial and hands are very good and appear to be original. The applied dial logo displays some light scratches visible under loupe magnification. The case is very good. The case contains light scuffs and very light scratches. The hallmarks on the case back are visible but are light from rubbing. The screws holding the case back display scratches. There are signs of prior light polishing. The bracelet is very good and tight, it contains light scuffs and very light scratches. The bracelet is by Gay Frères, and the clasp hallmarks are crisp. The Vacheron Constantin logo on the clasp is mostly rubbed off. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
