The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Intact as preserved. With losses to the nose and beard; losses to the top and back of the head. The eyes hollow for the insertion of now-missing inlays. With overall wear, surface abrasions, chips and incrustation throughout.
