The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined unframed and tape is affixed to the side edges of the canvas. Minor wear and slight rubbing is to the corner-tips and turning edges. A pinpoint loss is to the upper left corner-tip and small loss is to the lower left corner-tip. A few tiny scuffs are to the upper right corner in a white painted passage. Two very fine possible abrasions are to the upper right quadrant in blue painted passages and two others are below center in blue painted passages. A pinpoint loss is below center near the lower center edge in a blue painted passage. Visible under ultraviolet light, tiny spots of inpainting are to the lower left corner in blue painted passages and other possible spots are near the upper right edge in blue painted passages.
