The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
OVERALL CONDITION: The watch is in good overall condition.
CASE: The case has surface scratches due to gentle wear but there is no deep visible dent. The gold hallmark is visible to the side of the case and is deep and clearly visible. The crown is correct and original, displaying the Calatrava cross.
DIAL: The dial is nice, clean, and original. The 12 indexes and hands are shining and do not display any signs of oxidation or surface marks. The Patek Philippe signature is intact.
MOVEMENT: The movement is ticking and all the functions are working, however we recommend a service after the sale. The movement is in excellent condition, stamped with the Geneva Hallmark. However, the movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended.
BUCKLE: Patek Philippe clasp is in good condition with sharp and unpolished Calatrava cross. Under the buckle the hallmarks are deep and crisp. Stamped 750and JPE for Jean-Pierre Ecoffey – the bracelet maker.
BRACELET: the bracelet is in good condition, with crisp pattern. The bracelet is very tight. Overall length including watch head 190 mm. (Approx.)
